Cooking and baking have been my passion for many years. My journey with recipes on social media started four years ago as part of a school project and gradually turned into a place where I combine my creativity, love of food and healthy lifestyle. I love exploring new flavours, testing recipes and finding ways to make healthy cooking simple, playful and full of flavour.
But cooking is not my only passion. I've been working in marketing for seven years, focusing on brand marketing, creative production and visual content. I love an active lifestyle and sports- ideally somewhere outdoors.
How did I get into cooking healthy recipes?
I've been in the kitchen since I was a little girl, mostly with my grandmother. I loved getting up early and making breakfast for the whole family - and that has lasted me to this day. But growing up, my relationship with food was not healthy. I went through anorexia and a period of binge eating, which together lasted almost eight years.
It is only in the last three years that I can say for the first time that I can truly enjoy food without remorse and with joy. This experience has led me to a deeper understanding of the body and mind—I completed a year-long program at the Institute for Integrative Health, focusing on health coaching, bio-individuality, and holistic approaches. As a result, I base my recipes on balance, nutrition, and respect for individual needs, which I would like to bring to offline meetings as well.

I have been creating recipes and visual content for brands such as Mixit, Brainmarket, St. Dalfour and Phillis Home Living for a long time. I've also worked with international brands such as MyRawJoy and KoRo, where I've been involved in social media marketing.
