Ready in 15 minutes

Portion 1

Difficulty simple
Ingredients
- 2 small cans of tuna in its own juice (112 g total after pouring)
- approx. 15 g shallots (or to taste)
- 50 g Lucina light (or Gervais light)
- 1/3 ripe avocado (approx. 50 g)
- Lemon juice (approx. 1 tsp / 10 g)
- Sweet ground paprika
- Salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (approx. 5 g)
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (approx. 50 g)
Method
- Drain the tuna and place in a smaller bowl. Add the finely chopped shallots, Lucina, avocado and lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, sweet ground paprika and a little sriracha to taste.
- Mix everything thoroughly - ideally with a fork, so that the spread remains finely textured but creamy at the same time.
- Serve with warmed whole wheat tortillas and top with fresh vegetables. If you have herbs on hand, be sure to add them - they'll complement the taste and look of the whole dish.
Tips and tricks
- Add fresh chives, parsley or coriander.
- Instead of tortillas, try pita bread, knackebrot or crackers.
- If you want a low-carb option, skip the tortilla and serve with vegetable sticks for a snack.
