All you need is one common base, a few extras and you can serve two options: for eating together or as elegant canapés. Common base: whipped feta

Raw materials:

  • 1 package of feta
  • 200 g cream cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • figs (fresh or dried)
  • fig spread / jam
  • microgreens or thyme
  • nuts to taste (walnuts/almonds/pistachios)

Option 1: Common dip to share

  • whipped feta in a bowl
  • top with a spoonful of fig spread
  • pieces of figs
  • nuts or seeds
  • a couple of microbridges

Serve with pastries, baguettes, crackers or chopped vegetables.

Variant 2: Autumn canapés

  • crispy base: toasted baguettes, crackers or a slice of roasted pumpkin
  • whipped feta as a creamy base
  • spoonful of fig spread

Tip for crunchiness:
Replace the nuts with a piece of Parma ham browned golden in a hot air fryer.
